In 2003 Shaun co-founded Four Business Solutions, principally a software development company with a passion for workflow and integrating solutions. His vision was that customers should have a joined-up view of their businesses and the tools at their fingertips to manage day-to-day issues. Four has gone from strength to strength under this vision, particularly Shaun’s focus on putting customers first, moving projects forward and, crucially, remaining calm.

One of Four’s earliest projects involved a three-month deployment across 11 operations in Africa. It meant tough territory and logistics, a tricky environment and putting the flotation of a company at risk if the project failed.

Shaun worked with Atos KPMG to develop a blueprint for deploying a full, supply-chain solution integrated into the client’s ERP financials. Other companies had said it couldn’t be done, but Shaun’s passion, commitment and drive delivered the project on time. Auditors found it saved the company $23M in its first year.

Before founding Four Business Solutions, Shaun studied Geography and worked at the Foreign & Commonwealth Office, then moved into technical roles and software development at Aspect Telecom and as Project Director & Software Developer at Touchstone. He began his career in the Parachute Regiment, where he developed the ability to stay focused under pressure that has been so useful in his current role in software development and deployment.
